To expand its wealth business, Choice Equity Broking pays Rs 5,151 Cr to acquire Arete Capital

Choice Equity Broking (Choice Broking), a brokerage firm and an auxiliary of Choice International, nowadays secures Arete Capital Services (Arete), a wealth management firm with an Assets Under Management (AUM) of Rs 5,151 crores.

With this securing, Choice Broking's total wealth management AUM will develop from Rs 1,090 crores to Rs 6,241 crores, speaking to 5.73 times increase—nearly a sixfold extension in it adds up to AUM.
