The Nepal-India trade show begins in Dehradun

The Indo-NepalInternationalTradeFairand TourismCelebration, 2025pointedatadvancingandtradingexchange, tourism and culture between the twonationshas kicked off herenowadays.
Amidstaprogramon Friday evening, ChiefMinisterof UttarakhandProvincePushkar Singh Dhamiintroducedthecelebrationtogetherfacilitatedby Kanchanpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Uttarakhand Pradesh government of India.
There are 50showslows downof Nepalientrepreneursand 150 of Indianbusinesspeoplewithin thecelebrationto beproceededfor seven days.
ChiefMinisterDhami said that thecelebrationwithsupportofentrepreneursfrom both thenationshasadvancefortifiedNepal-India relations.
"Thiscelebrationwill beproductiveforadvancereinforcingthesocialandemotionalties between the twonations", heincluded. The CMalsoshared that therestrainof time to move through a bridgenearBanbasa along the border between the twonationshas beenamplifiedto seven hours from four hours per day andvowedtoassistgrowthe timelimitin coming days.
Communicatingcertaintythat thefairwould besupportivefor theadvancementofventuresof both thenations, he said that thisgatheringwould be a medium tostrengthenfinancialrelations.
"We havebuiltdifferentframeworkstoencourageexchangebetween Uttarakhand and Nepal so that businesspersons and citizens of both thecountriescanadvantagefiscallyfrom it", he claimed.
PreviousChiefMinisterof SudurpaschimTerritoryRajendra Singh Rawal said that the festival was thepremiseforreinforcingthe relations between the twocountrieseconomically.
Moreover, Kanchanpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Pitambar Joshi said thecelebrationwould boostexchangebetween the twonationsand contribute to theadvancementof the tourismsector.
"Dehraduncould be aputwith ahugenumber of Nepali speakers, it canget to beagreatshowcasefor theexchangeofagrariancreatecreatedin Nepal and thecelebration will play acriticalpartinexpandingIndiansightseersto Nepal as anentirety", he said.
