These are the companies whose stock values have dropped significantly since the stock market fell 420 points in August.

On the final trading day of July, the market hit 3000 points, and on the last day of August, it finished at 2580 points. August was a month of severe market declines. The market has dropped 420 points, or 14%, in a month. As the portfolio fell daily in August, several investors panicked and pulled out, causing the market to lose a significant amount of ground.

Throughout July, the market saw a 760-point rise. By the end of July, the market had increased from 2240 points at the end of June to 3000 points. Due to the positive factors that have a greater influence on the market, investors have been stating that there is an opportunity to buy.

The president of the Nepal Investors Forum, Tulsiram Dhakal, stated that the declining market presents a buying opportunity because banks have sufficient investable funds and interest rates are declining. "No one can say exactly how much the market will fall, but when it falls, it is a good opportunity to buy because the risk is reduced," he stated. The ones who will profit are those who purchase when prices drop and book profits when prices increase.

Even when the market declines, it appears that the value of the same firm falls at a high rate. When the market rises, the company's worth climbed at a high rate. Among the businesses whose rates would significantly decline in August is Nepal Finance. That company's stock price has dropped by 34%. The price per share was 2070 rupees at the end of July, but it dropped to 1360 rupees at the end of August. The company's pricing had climbed at a rapid pace notwithstanding the increase.

On July's last day, Nepal Finance had grown to Rs 2070 from Rs 894 at the end of June. There is still time to book profit in this company if you bought at the end of June.
