NEPSE requests that brokers respond to investor complaints and issues in the Trade Management System (TMS) as soon as possible.
Through a public notification, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) was made aware of concerns regarding the administration and operation of the Trade Management System (TMS) for securities transactions.
In recent weeks, NEPSE has received a deluge of complaints and complains from investors, citing a wide range of issues that come up during trading activities. The majority of these problems stem from the brokers' inability to adequately address and resolve the problems of their clients.
NEPSE emphasizes that brokers have an innate need to respond to investor complaints very away and to take them into consideration. Failure to do so jeopardizes the integrity and efficacy of the securities trading system, hence eroding investor confidence overall.
If an investor has any more queries or grievances, they can visit the NEPSE website or contact the Investor Relations Department.
