Four financial institutions and Shree Investment Finance Company Limited, are offering promoter shares via auction from 21st Shrawan to 9th Bhadra, 2081.

An auction will be used to sell the promoter shares of four financial institutions: Shree Investment Finance Company Limited (SIFC), Nepal Investment Mega Bank (NIMB), Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited (KSBBL), and Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU). The auction is open to promoter shareholders, individuals, businesses, and institutions, and it takes place from 21st Shrawan to 9th Bhadra, 2081.

The auction includes the following units: 87,297 units from Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited, 27,663 units from Kamana Sewa Bank Limited, 37,136 units from Shree Investment Finance Company Limited, and 68,853 units of promoter shares from Prabhu Bank Limited. There is a minimum bid quantity of 1,000 units and a minimum bid rate of Rs. 100 per unit.


It is mandatory for bidders to adhere to the standards set forth by Nepal Rastra Bank, ensuring that each firm's allowed number of shares is not exceeded. Until the ninth Bhadra, offers from qualified promoter shareholders, as well as from individuals, companies, and organizations, are welcomed.

The auction manager for each of the four auctions will be LS Capital Limited.
