The float index has climbed by 4.02 points, the sensitive float index by 6.44 points, and the sensitive index has increased by 16.01 points in a similar manner. A total of 29 billion 95 million 85 million rupees were exchanged for 60 million 89 million 80,000 shares of 334 firms on Thursday. The transaction amount on Monday of last week was 27 billion 24 million rupees. The banking subgroup's index increased by 5.65% among the 13 groupings.
Comparably, the development bank and business sub-group index climbed by more than 1 percent, while the mutual fund and investment sub-group index increased by more than 2 percent. However, the index of the newly formed finance sub-group fell by 3.05 percent. On Thursday, three firms' shares moved on positive circuit levels. wherein the positive circuit level trading of Butwal Power Company, National Insurance Company, and Modi Energy's shares took place.
Similar increases have been seen in the share prices of Global IME Bank, NMB Bank, and Liberty Energy Company, as well as in Nepal Investment Mega Bank, which has seen a gain of more than 9.5 percent. Based on the transaction amount on Thursday, shares of Himalayan Reinsurance valued at 91.33 million rupees were purchased and sold.
