The gold prices reaching once again hit all-time highs

Today, Nepal's gold market reached unprecedented heights and broke records.

The price of pure gold has increased significantly from yesterday's Rs. 1,49,700 per tola to Rs. 1,50,000 per tola, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA).

The price of Tejabi gold has also increased, rising by Rs. 300 from the previous day's cost of Rs. 1,49,000 a tola to Rs. 1,49,300.

The price of fine gold peaked at Rs. 1,49,900 a tola earlier this year on August 2, 2024, demonstrating the volatility of the market.

Global economic considerations continue to influence the gold market, even in spite of the recent spike in domestic prices. The price of gold is currently $2,451.00 per ounce on the international market, while the price of silver is $28.58 per ounce worldwide.
