AGM of Hams Hospital: A dividend proposal, in anticipation of the hospital's IPO, will be made
The Hospital for Advanced Medicine and Surgery Limited (Hams) has scheduled an annual general meeting for October 23 and proposed a dividend. The company is getting ready to issue an IPO at a premium. At Budhanilkanth Municipality Ward No. 9, the company's office, the meeting will begin at 2:00 pm. During the meeting, the company will propose a dividend. But the notification makes no indication of the dividend percentage that it will pay out.
The meeting will cover a number of topics, including the balance sheet, profit and loss, and the annual report of the board of directors for the fiscal year 2080–81. Appointing an auditor and deciding on compensation for the fiscal year 2081–2082 are also on the agenda.
Hams is now requesting authorization to sell the IPO from the Nepal Securities Board. Permission to issue 11 lakh twenty-five thousand shares has been requested. The company has requested authorization to sell the IPO for a total of Rs 288 after deducting Rs 188 from the Rs 100 face value as a premium. Muktinath Capital will handle its sales manager duties.
