Within ten days, 25,000 metric tons of DAP fertilizer will reach Nepal.

In less than ten days, Nepal will import 25,000 metric tons of DAP fertilizer. The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development reports that 25,000 metric tons of DAP chemical fertilizer, which is expected to reach Nepal in 8 to 10 days, arrived in Kolkata from China.

Likewise, the government announced that 2500 metric tons of chemical fertilizer including urea are now being sent from Visakhapatnam to Nepal.

Including the most recent fiscal year 2080/081, the Ministry now has 139 thousand chemical fertilizers in stock. There are 41,000 DAP, 7,500 metric tons of potash, and 91,500 metric tons of urea accessible out of this.
