Citizens Capital Limited and Downe Agro Farm Limited have signed an agreement concerning the issuance of common shares and the designation of a sales manager. Chief Executive Officer Sabir Bade Shrestha signed the agreement on behalf of Citizens Capital Limited, while Executive Director Binod Pokharel signed it on behalf of Downe Agro Farm Limited.

The farm also hopes to eventually raise 6,00,000 birds to provide 2,600 cartons of eggs every day.
