Twenty builders and suppliers are on the government's blacklist.
With effect from today, the Public Procurement Act, 2063's sub-section (1) has placed 20 builders and suppliers on a blacklist, as announced by the Public Procurement Monitoring Office in a notification.
Additionally, the office stated that the builder/supplier is prohibited from taking part in any public procurement procedures while on the blacklist.
