Twenty-one distinct construction companies have been placed on a blacklist by the Public Procurement Monitoring Office, which is part of the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers.
For a period of three years, companies on the blacklist are prohibited from operating within any government office.
It has been requested through the notice not to do any business with various 21 builders and suppliers with effect from the date of publication of the notice, in line with sub-section (1) of Section 63 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063.
